West Indies captain Chris Gayle plans to be ready to take his place at the top of the order for Monday’s "Big Match" against England. The powerful left-hander was missing from the starting line-up with a strain in Friday’s clinical win over Ireland, but promised to shake off the niggle and take to the middle to face Paul Collingwood and his men. First ball is 1.30 pm (12.30 pm Jamaica Time).
